EUROTAXGLASS'S GROUP CONTINUES EUROPEAN GROWTH

The EurotaxGlass’s group continues its strong expansion plans in Eastern Europe. In June 2006, operations of a new subsidiary in Bucharest, Romania commenced. In January 2007, an additional subsidiary will be opened in Istanbul, Turkey.

These developments give EurotaxGlass’s a decisive footprint in Central Europe, adding to existing operations in Bosnia, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, the Slovak Republic and Slovenia.

To give these rapidly expanding markets the management focus they deserve, Erich Pomassl, currently General Manager Austria, will begin to shift his attention to the support and the development of the Group’s presence in Central and Eastern Europe. By mid 2007 he will hand over the operational management of the Austrian market to a new general manager.
